Key Roles and Functions:
- GUC Oversight: Oversight of grant administration and LN. Supervises Grant Manager and Facilitation Support Team.
- Grant Management: Administration of grant, including monitoring of grantee workplans and deliverables.
- Technical Advisory Support: Overall tracking of grant and LN activities to ensure alignment with USAID’s vision, which includes providing technical input on grantee’s deliverables directly to the Grant Manager.
- Grant Implementation: Delivery of technical outputs and active participation in all LN activities, including development of joint knowledge products.
- LN Management & Facilitation Support: Overall management of LN, which includes supporting the Facilitator, providing the infrastructure to host learning activities, and helping to guide participants towards their learning goals and delivery of joint knowledge product.
- Technical Advisory Support & LN Facilitation: Facilitation of LN, which includes providing technical advice and guidance to help shape individual technical deliverables, as well as joint knowledge products, and promoting the flow of exchanges over the LN to help guide grantees towards their learning goals.
- LN Advisory Support: Advisory support for Facilitator and Facilitation Support Team to ensure LN activities and agenda align with USAID’s expectations.
